WILKES-BARRE, PA - OUR TALENT WEEK CONTINUES AS WEEKEND MORNING ANCHOR / REPORTER, LAUREN HENSLEY, JOINS US TO MAKE HER NANA'S SPAGHETTI WITH HOMEMADE SAUCE & MEATBALLS.

 

NANA'S MEATBALLS

1 1/2 to 2 LBS Ground Beef, 1 Onion

1 Garlic Clove, 1 Egg, 1 Slice Bread

1 TBSP Olive Oil

1/2 TSP Salt, 1/4 TSP Pepper

Handful of Grated Cheese

 

NANA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE

2 - 29 OZ Cans Contadina Sauce

1 - 6 OZ Can Contadina Paste, 1/4 C Water

1-2 Cloves Garlic, 1 TSP Oregano

1/2 TSP Salt, 1/4 TSP Pepper, Basil

1/2 TSP Sugar, 1 TBSP Olive Oil

 

1/4 TSP Cinnamon, 1/4 C Regonia Cheese
