Author and Chef Mario Porreca returns today to make chili-glazed turkey steaks with grilled asparagus.


CHILI-GLAZED TURKEY STEAKS
4 OZ Turkey Breast, Cut into 2 OZ Steaks
1 TBSP Honey, 1 TSP Olive Oil
1/2 TSP White Balsamic Vinegar
1 TSP Chili Powder
1/4 TSP Roasted Garlic, Finely Chopped
Sea Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper


GRILLED ASPARAGUS
5 Small Pencil Spears of Asparagus
1 TSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 TSP Fresh Lemon Zest
Sea Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
