2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Assortment of Fresh, Local Peppers
1 Medium, Yellow Onion
Salt & Pepper
1 Cup of Olive Oil
1 TSP Fresh Oregano

1/2 Cup of White Wine
1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth
1 TSBP Butter
2 Potatoes, 1/4 Cup of Flour
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Parsley
