McCord, Wolf Campaign in NEPA

Several democratic candidates for Governor made campaign stops in our area Tuesday and your Local Election Headquarters was there.
  Democratic front-runner Tom Wolf stopped in Hanover Township.
  Wolf touched on several topics including economic development.
  Fellow Democratic candidate Rob McCord also stopped in Hanover Township.
  He stressed the importance of childhood and higher education.
  Both candidates discussed the natural gas industry. 

"I know how to get more out of the state government for less and I will drive a fair deal when it comes to taxing the drillers and not leaving hundreds of thousands dollars and ultimately billions of dollars on the table." Said Rob McCord, Democratic Candidate for Governor

"I think we should be looking to take advantage of that resource from an environmental point of view and I propose a 5% severance tax on that."  Said Tom Wolf, Democratic Candidate for Governor.

    Monday night's PA Governor's Democratic debate will air this Saturday -May 17 on WYOU at noon.
    And again on WBRE, this Sunday Night-May 18, following Eyewitness News at 11.
