One on one, confidential consulting sessions with Hauck are available by appointment on Friday, Feb. 14, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Friday, March 28, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This one-on-one consulting emphasizes education and guidance in finding practical solutions to business problems. "The opportunity to partner with Rep. Culver gives residents of Sunbury convenient access to the services of the SBDC, and small businesses in our communities benefit from her ongoing support," said SBDC director Steven Stumbris.
Consulting is confidential and provided at no charge to help constituents with issues such as business startup, financial forecasting, marketing strategies for growth, and developing plans for long-term business continuity.

Additionally, the SBDC will present a free First Step Pre-Business Workshop in Sunbury on Friday, March 21, from 9 to 11 a.m. Individuals who have dreamed of being their own boss but don't know where to start will find this session invaluable. This workshop will cover topics such as evaluating business ideas, developing a business plan and exploring financing options for starting a business.
