Employees of PennDOT’ s District 4 office in Dunmore recently conducted a collection of goods for the Bethel AME Church Shelter.  Sharon Earyers, Roadway Program manager read an article in the local newspaper about the shelters needing supplies because of cold weather and overwhelming demand for the shelter services.  Sharon wanted to do something, but knew that her contribution wouldn’t be enough.  She went to her co-workers Felicia Letcavage, Jonathan Eboli, and Marion Silner and asked if they would help gather the items needed to help the shelter.  All donations will be going to the Bethel AME Church Shelter.  District 4 was able to collect variety of different items for the shelter to get through the remaining winter.  Sharon would like to continue this program for the next winter season.
