To explore the theory that kindness is contagious, readers can participate in
“The Kind Acts Experiment” to spark a positive reaction within the Union County community. This experiment is in conjunction with the summer reading science theme “Fizz, Boom, Read.”
Starting at the Herr Memorial Library, local businesses in the surrounding area showed their Kind Acts Spark by posting a Kind Acts phrase on their sign. We want to thank the following businesses for showing their Kind Acts Spark: Chilly Willy’s, Pompeii Street Soap Company, Carriage Corner, Heritage Printers, Trudy’s Special Occasions, DC Coffee & Tea, Country Farm & Home, Ard’s Farm Market, The Purple Cow, Dr. K’s Chiropractic & Nutrition, Cedar Chest Collections.
