Regional growers will offer produce, fruits, plants and other items from about 7:30 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Fridays throughout the growing season and into the fall.
The brainchild of the late Greater Shenandoah Area Chamber of Commerce director Sam Schutawie, the market was launched in the 1970s and is the longest running downtown event of its kind in the region.
Mark Bernardyn of the Shenandoah branch of M&T Bank is chairman of the chamber's farm market committee.
